Strategic Objectives to lead communications for Waterfront Toronto project
Waterfront Toronto has brought on Strategic Objectives to lead communications for the next phase of Biidaasige Park’s public launch.
The agency is providing strategic counsel, media relations, stakeholder-engagement support and launch-event co-ordination as Waterfront Toronto prepares to make 10 more acres of the park open to the public later this month. Waterfront Toronto handled communications internally for Phase 1 of the park’s opening last summer.
The agency says the project brings together Indigenous partners, three levels of government, local communities, artists, environmental experts and engineers following years of collaboration.
“We’ve been working with members of our existing team to execute this exciting work, reporting into Waterfront Toronto with input from all three levels of government – municipal, provincial and federal,” Strategic Objectives VP Sadie Tory said.
