Influence Agency revamps leadership structure

The Influence Agency has reorganized its leadership team as it restructures the shop around AI-enabled operations and a more integrated service model.

As part of the transition, founding partner Noah Parker’s title has been updated to VP of marketing, shifting his focus toward growing the agency’s brand, expanding strategic partnerships, developing thought leadership and leading the company’s marketing initiatives.

“The structure that helped us build a successful agency over the past decade isn’t necessarily the one that will define the next,” Parker says. “AI is reshaping every discipline in our industry, but our view is that its greatest value isn’t replacing people, it’s amplifying them.”

To help lead the agency’s next phase, Petar Bozinovski joins the Influence Agency as VP of operations, succeeding Parker in the role he held for the past 4½ years. With close to three decades of experience in digital marketing and technology, Bozinovski previously founded Desa Creative Services and Crucial Interactive. In his new role, he will oversee agency operations, delivery and organizational performance.

The restructuring also includes several leadership appointments designed to integrate the agency’s service offerings.

Rocco Bombardieri has been named head of AI and innovation, leading the agency’s AI Innovation Hub and overseeing AI research, internal enablement and client-facing AI solutions.

Kitty Lana Carr has been promoted to head of social and influencer marketing, bringing together social media, influencer marketing and creative production.

Additionally, Tyson Huggins becomes head of performance operations, while John Bastawrous has been promoted to head of accounts, leading client success teams across the agency’s creative and performance divisions.

The agency recently supported the Canadian launch of Danish retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen and last year, backed a campaign that reimagined Staples.
