Marketer Moves: Kraft Heinz hires new head of brand marketing

New marketing lead takes on condiments portfolio at Kraft Heinz

Former Molson Coors marketer Sasha Romano Lopez has joined Kraft Heinz as head of brand marketing for condiments and dressings.

Lopez comes to the position after spending the past year and a half as the director of marketing for Molson Coors’s Heineken portfolio, a role recently filled by Madeleine Gillmeister. At the CPG, Lopez will be responsible for ketchup and mayonnaise, Renée’s Salad Dressing and the barbecue sauces Diana’s and Bullseye.

At Molson Coors, Lopez also worked under the titles of senior manager of brand innovation for craft brands and senior marketing manager of the Heineken trademark. She joined the brewer in 2017 as manager of corporate strategy.

Danone appoints senior director of yogurt

Angela McInenly is Danone’s new senior director for the yogurt category.

The CPG tells strategy that the role was previously held by Geneviève Bolduc, who is now Danone’s marketing lead for the Americas.

For the past three-plus years, McInenly was at Wonderbrands, joining as a marketing director in September 2022 before becoming head of marketing and brand development for Canada and finally the senior director and head of marketing for North America.

McInenly previously spent more than 10 years at Coca-Cola in roles including trademark lead and senior marketing manager of brewed beverages.
