Astound Group brings aboard ECD for experiential

Ivan Druzic has been appointed executive creative director, experiential at Astound Group.

In a LinkedIn post, Astound said his breadth of experience will support the shop’s continued expansion across sports, venues, retail, events and branded environments.

In the role, he reports to Dale Morgan, CEO and founder. He will work alongside Mark Scattolon, VP, strategy and ideation, forming the core leadership team of the strategy and creative department.

The shop says the duo is working on the Las Vegas Athletics, as the MLB team builds its new home in Nevada. Druzic is also leading the Bandai Namco flagship retail store experience launching at West Edmonton Mall, with additional locations to follow, alongside other recent wins.

Druzic brings more than 20 years of experience leading creative across experiential marketing, live events, advertising, digital and retail. He has worked with brands including Budweiser, Pepsi, Loblaws, Google and Xbox.

Most recently, he was a group creative director at Cronos Group, where he helped build the company’s in-house creative capability.

Before that, Druzic spent more than eight years at Mosaic North America, ultimately serving as VP, creative operations, North America from January 2020 to spring 2021.

He began his Mosaic tenure in 2013 as a creative director.

McCann CD joins Leo in creative director role

Pedro Izzo has joined Leo Toronto as creative director and head of art.

On LinkedIn, Izzo said he was “wrapping up an incredible chapter at McCann Canada,” and thanked his team for the great memories, collaboration and work.

Izzo will be reporting to Kohl Forsberg.

Izzo served as a creative director at McCann Canada for nearly two and a half years. Prior to that, he was a creative director at Performance Art, joining the agency in 2021 as an associate creative director.

He has contributed to campaigns including the award-winning, “Black Elevation Map” and Kids Help Phone’s “Defining Help,” McDonald’s “All Day Breakfast,” Lyft “Milestones” and Mount Pleasant Group’s “Art of Saying Goodbye.”

He also served on the 2025 Marketing Awards Digital Jury.

Faulhaber appoints VP

Faulhaber has named Lindsay Wilson vice president. She joins from Veritas Communications, where she most recently served as senior director.

Wilson will help lead client strategy and integrated communications across the agency’s growing roster while mentoring teams and supporting continued business growth.

She brings more than 15 years of integrated marketing and communications experience across Canada and the U.K.

She will primarily oversee a beauty portfolio that includes clients such as The Well, Gray Collection, Neostrata and RoC Skincare. Wilson reports to Lexi Pathak, the agency’s president.

Throughout her career, she has led campaigns for brands including Spanx, Unilever, Subway, Revlon, Airbnb and Reddit.
